At Prime Haven, we value our customers and aim to provide high-quality products and reliable service. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return and refund under the following terms:
Return Conditions:
Customers must submit a return request within 24 hours of order delivery.
A clear unboxing video and visible shipping label image are mandatory for verification.
Once the return request is approved, Prime Haven will share the official warehouse return address.
The customer is responsible for sending the product back through a courier service.
After dispatch, the customer must share the tracking number with our support team.
Once the returned parcel is received and successfully inspected, the refund amount will be transferred to the customer’s provided account.
Important Notes:
Return courier charges will be paid by the customer.
Refunds will only be processed after the returned product is received and verified.
Products that are damaged due to customer misuse or missing original packaging will not be eligible for return.
Replacement Policy – Prime Haven
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement according to the policy below:
Replacement Conditions:
Replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
A clear unboxing video and shipping label photo are required.
Once the replacement request is approved, Prime Haven will dispatch a new product at no additional shipping cost.
During delivery of the replacement product, the old item will be collected by the courier rider at the same time.

Replacement is subject to product availability.
Requests without proper proof will not be entertained.
